Accessibility

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use only a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification or voice control. The standard we hold it to is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we check today

  • Before a quiz page on this site is released, we run an automated accessibility check against it (axe, an open-source testing tool, set to the WCAG A and AA rules) and go through the whole quiz using a keyboard alone.
  • On those pages every answer is a button you can reach with Tab and choose with Enter or Space, the page tells screen readers when your result is ready, and nothing is on a timer.

An automated check finds some problems, not all of them. It is a floor, not a promise.

What we have not done yet

  • The site as a whole has not been reviewed by an independent accessibility auditor.
  • We have not yet tested every page with a screen reader.
  • The automated check does not yet run on every page of the site.

Until those are done, we do not claim that the whole site conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working toward it, and we fix problems as we find them.
